Dan (guy I work with) gets this call today from a previous employee who wants to b***h him out about an old bill for an association that has yet to be paid... Since I took the call for him she had the F****** NERVE to start b****ing me out... HELLO I am not the one to be b***hing at... I am thinking to myself... Why in the hell are these people calling you in the first place.. YOU WERE FIRED!! It is not our fault that the people who did this work 2 years ago forgot to bill this association or they lost the f***ing bill and didn't get it to us until 3 months ago... OF COURSE the association is going to question this!!!!!

I have never wanted to smack someone before... I actually raised my voice to her something I would never do to any client, homeowner or worked based person...

I HATE RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!

but I just got a call thanking me for an issue that happened on Friday... The homeowner said I was great with getting this solved quickly for him...

I feel better now
