Update on my bro.

Turns out that he is still in jail and he has 2 misdeamnors on him:

One which is the serious one: KICKING AND HITTING A POLICE OFFICER
(which by the way Toledo's finest suck ass)

the other is for: Resisting arrest

He had an arraingment yesterday but the judge refused to let him go because of the assult on the police officer. The Zepf Community Mental Health Center which Bob goes to is doing there best on getting him out of jail... They want to get him transfered to the phsych ward at the hospital because even they know that he doesn't belong in jail.... It does look like that he did drink 1 1/2 bottles of mouthwash...

that is all the info I could get out of them... I did try to speak with his caseworker but she wasn't able to give me any info at all due to privacy issues...

It does look like Bob will be in jail over the weekend due to the holiday tomorrow

I hate the justice system... don't they realize that this is hurting him more and more...
