I am a bit miffed right now... Today is Thanksgiving and when we went to pre heat the oven today to put the turkey in.... the stove decided it was going to take forever to heat up... plus the coils on the bottom were not getting red at all... It took it almost an hour to get to 200 degrees... It did this about 2 weeks ago and we told our landlord about it, they had the repair man come out the following day and it worked fine!!!!! So for these past couple of weeks it has been working fine but of course cause it is Thanksgiving IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! Luckily our friend wasn't cooking since she was going to her parents let us borrow her stove...
I wanted to cry... Nothing beats having the smell of the turkey roasting in the oven and making your house smell really good!!!
So if anyone can tell me what the heck is wrong with it let me know!!! My friend thinks it could be the heating element is going out or there is a short somewhere...
Anyways... so hopefully tomorrow they can come out and fix the problem... or get us a new stove...
I do hope everyone else is having a wonderful turkey day... I may not be able to cook one in my own stove but I know I will be eating tons of it when the hubby brings it home!!!
Take care all
