So eating better is pretty hard to do... This weekend sucked but I managed to eat pretty good just not what I wanted to eat... But today I was great... For breakfast I ate grapes/yoguart, had some pretzels for a mid morning snack... lunch had a Healthy Choice meal (turkey and potatos) and a cucumber for mid afternoon snack I ate pretzels and the rest of my cucumber... Dinner was great... I found this wonderful chicken recipe on the American Diabetes website for chicken Parmesan... with some veggies... Lets just say that it was wonderful wonderful wonderful... Troy cooked it up for me... I love it when he works from home... Dinner is pretty much done when I walk in...
But then of course my main drink now adays is well Water... I drink water pretty much all day... Sometimes I pretend and think that it is mountain dew but it doesn't taste the same...
